How to set up Exile with Zombies.

I am trying to make a co-op survival Exile game for my brother and I. I got to Chernarus and I got loot spawning. Now I need help trying to get Zombies. I am using Ravage, to spawn a.i. and zombies. The a.i. work fine. And it even spawns friendly survivors which I love. But no zombies seem to spawn. Anyone have any tips or suggestions?
