Players Kicked for Pvping?

Hello, So i have a slight issue on my server,   

Players are Being Banned for Pvping, even though the server is on PVP,

Im not sure if its Infistar banning them or if its BE.   

How can i fix this? lol

Happens if they kill 2+ players

I'm using BE, and infistar, both updated to newest version,    works fine on the production server, but on test server its banning for PVP lol.   Like wut.

It has to be something with your BE Filters then. Make sure you did them all correctly.
