Stairs and drawbridge

All stairs in base (7) were rotated 90 degrees after test server restart (First restart since they were built). Saw this bug in 1.0.2/1.66 too.

Also able to raise locked drawbridge but unable to lower.

This is a feature. You can close locked doors/gates, but you cannot open them.
