My host havoc experience

After constant issues with my arma server (downtime, they refused to update when new updates were released causing even more downtime, etc) I asked them to close the arma server. In turn they immediately terminated the arma server. Which is great since I asked them too. Then terminated the webhosting server and our TS as well. Leaving my community with no TS and no Website/Forums. It also deleted the forums database so we had to start all over, everything we built from scratch. Don't use these guys. The worst host I have ever had. Back when I ran ark I ran into similar issues with them. I figured with all the good reviews things had changed but no.
