the chernarus winter map have few bugs on it and your FPS are the same as on the normal chernarus map.

Chernarus with grass = chernarus winter with snowfall

I've been playing on this server for some time now, and the FPS is quite a bit better than regular Chernarus ports. I would recommend that you try it.
