[Solved] CPU wont turbo when running Arma server

Hi guys!

So I'm running 2 servers on my dedi thats got a Xeon D-1521 that can reach up to 2.4GHz BUT my dedi wont get higher than around 0.90GHz. So I was wondering if theres anything I can do to turbo the dedi to try and get that little extra out of the CPU??

Edit: Turned on High Performance in power settings

In power options make sure its in high performance mode.
