DGTrooper 2 Report post Posted July 20, 2016 Every time my admins try and get onto my server we just end up getting banned with no message of why and nothing showing in the logs, I've tried asking GTX Support and they've came up with No fix, I've tried deleting all trace of Exile mod and redownloading incase of corrupt files but im still getting banned every time I join
Kobayashi 86 Report post Posted July 20, 2016 You should try searching, this topic has been covered 1000x at this point. Take the ban out of onhackeddata in your server.cfg.
BetterDeadThanZed 1006 Report post Posted July 20, 2016 (edited) A little clearer explanation: In your config.cfg file, make sure this line says kick, not ban: onHackedData = "kick (_this select 0)"; Oh, and support questions don't belong in General Discussion. Just sayin'. Edited July 20, 2016 by BetterDeadThanZed

DGTrooper 2 Report post Posted July 20, 2016 Alright I've done that but know i keep getting kicked for signature check timed out
TDBGaming 121 Report post Posted July 20, 2016 To be fair changing onHackedData from ban to kick wont solve the underlying problem as you will then just get kicked constantly instead of banned. Have a look in your server.log as it may tell you why in there (that's where it told me why i was getting banned/kicked) Your server.log file path will be shown in your config.cfg file (logFile = "server.log";)
BetterDeadThanZed 1006 Report post Posted July 21, 2016 3 hours ago, DGTrooper said: @BetterDeadThanZed Where is this config? It's the cfg file that has your server name in it, server password, etc. If you are renting a server from a GSP, they might have renamed it to server.cfg. It's normally in the @ExileServer folder, but might be someplace else if you are with a GSP.
