Loot spawn issue

Ok so i have ran into a issue that i haven't seen on any other server where loot is not spawning around the traders up to 1km out. last server i played on had loot spawning inside trader zones. Is there a setting that im missing here or did adding all the custom items break it(loot does spawn 1km out)

I gave this a shot, compiled them into the pbo's

 loot spawns everywhere but towns it seems.

Trader areas i get loot spawned and see loot every min or so, same with military complexes.. the problem is no towns kick in the "loot spawned in your area" 

 

I am using an esseker map if that means anything. 

Any idea why I cant get no loot in the towns, spawn towns nor random visits to buildings on the map ?

if the essker map dosent have the same building as in the loot spawn then you need edit in the building names for them to spawn

i think i got a similar problem. is there a way to get a list of all the buildings in esseker that a accessable?

yes? i looked there already but couldnt find anything for esseker. ill look again
