Can flag be stolen from top of it in next upcoming update?

I would think that it can be stolen from the bottom - because, if you look at the model, it looks like the flag can be lowered. So, I bet there will be some sort of animation showing the flag lowering, before the flag can actually be stolen.

Flag can be stolen as long as you can look at it within reasonable distance  . So top/bottom will work, but the flag will come in a wooden crate item that you nede to pickup and sell.

it can only be stolen from the bottom/base of the flag unless you change the code
