[SOLVED] Black screen.

I was setting up an exile server following the guide so everything worked changed what i was needed to change
But one proplem is that when my friends and i trying to join it, we all get a black screen of nothing.

like we loading and connecting to the server fine and can download the mission file but at the point the carekters are about to spawn down to the map we only have a black screen, and the only way we can disconnect is by "ALT+F4".

How can i fix this so i can play on the server with my friends ?

Spent some time with him today and everything is in place even did a fresh server install and still get the error. Starting to think its from windows server he is running.  

Solved:

 

Server 2012 R2 does not have Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015

Installed RESTARTED and issue is fixed.

It was installed 2010 2012 and 2015. They must not play well together lol

No logs (like basicly it is empty) besides of sql_custom_v2 folder

no logs indicate you have not configured the MYSQL config file correctly.

Please REMOVE YOUR PASSWORDS From your file and send over your extdb-conf file on a pastebin or a spoiler.
