Reviving in Chernarus exile mod

i dont know if this is implemented on any exile servers kinda new to this entire exile mod but ye 

defibrillator is kinda wanted make them rare finds and if buying atleast 5k would be reasonable tbh any cheaper than that it would be dumb in my opinion im not the biggest fan of ressing but kinda boring killing 3/4'rth of a group and just 1 guy holding in a 1v2 and having revive would make it less Bambi bicycle ride 8Km to then get shot in the back 1 min after you get there

 

(it might just be the server im playing on that has it disabled but i do not think so) just need a clarification
