[SOLVED] [FIXED] People spawning as birds

For some reason people sometimes spawn as birds on the server. There are no notable errors in the rtp that I can see.

The first person spawns in okay, 2nd person goes all birdy. Doesn't happen all the time though.

Whenever a player spawns as a bird this spams the rtp

 

Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Fixed. For some reason the basic.cfg was empty. This resulted in the above problem.
