You cannot play/edit this mission (Chernarus)

Hello, I put addons cup core map on my server, and I put the map chernarus but when I lauch my server the console display an error message.

You will need to use both CUP Core and CUP Maps, or just CUP Terrains Complete, so you're missing a mod it seems.

I put both Cup core and Cup maps but I go try with Cup Terrains complete

Please post your launch parameters, works just fine for me here.
