Broken placement of walls and floors

Question

When building on sloped terrain quite often the snap points are several feet below the marker and the piece you are trying to attach to, It has happened on both walls and floors in several sections of my base when using the placement mode that allows you to attach other parts to another part. (forgot what its called.) Nothing really game breaking, just annoying.

There's multiple "types" of location in Arma. Two of the biggest are At Terrain Level and At Sea Level, there's also sea level with wave height and I think one more. The issue with bases not building correct on slopes may have to do with the improper usage of a location. Building may need to be changed to ATL or something.

crazy is correct - there is nothing YOU the PLAYER can do except NOT use the 'snap' option.

it will also do the same over water too.

it is a pain, but with snap off and a little bit of time, you can overcome it..

:)
