I've heard good things about them. But sounds like he needs support with setting it up and running it through. Which online.net won't provide.

yes thats right, they only sell dedicated. You have to configure all yourself.

In my opinion, the best way to do it is to set up a server yourself without control panels and help tools, as  you will then appreciate and learn how to run an Arma server, then you won't be dependant on anyone for where something goes wrong with the install.
