0.9.41 can not repair the vehicle, using offroad(repair)

Hi.

I can not repair the vehicle (for example HEMMT, Hunter...) using off-road vehicles (repair).
I have memory. Previous (0.9.4) I was able to repair.
On the other hand even in the current version in the helicopter,airplane it seems to be repaired.

I have noticed this also.  Also the repair pod is doing the same thing.  Repairs some things, but not all like the hemmt.

I have the same issue - unfortunately the car repairing is not possible with the Repair-Offroad, but it worked in older versions of Exile well.
