Headless client timing out

So we've got a system working for headless clients offloading things in Windows, and am trying to port it to Linux, but am experiencing issues with the headless client timing out:

So, serverside the client times out, and clientside it just; basically doesn't do anything - for whatever reason.

I dont think so, its something really messed up right there.

We are able to connect the HC without verifySignatures (verifySignatures = 0), but as soon as we switch it to verifySignatures = 2 the HC just connects, idles for a bit and then gets kicked for:

Signature Check Timeout

I really dont know whats causing it.

If you have other addons in the Hc mod= that might be it, you should add them to the server mod and use owner to move ai around

Well, like I said, it worked in Windows. :S
