Shared ban list?

Is there a shared ban list between servers? a friend got banned because he pissed off an admin, we tried to move servers, but he seems to now be banned on all exile servers.

Some people use the one provided by wasteland or other server owners will share with other owners who they banned but it would have to be pretty fucked up like hacking, glitching or duping. I guess the question is.. What did your friend do to get banned in the first place? Also it would probably help if you posted on the server he got banned from forums to appeal it.

it was not a BE ban, we have no idea what happened, it is fixed now, we didn't change anything, it just started working and we don't know what was wrong or how we fixed it...

there is kind of global arma ban list where ppl asre listed who ve perma bans on any arma server. if you ve more then 5? perma bans on different server you will be globaly banned by arma/steam and cant join any server until this global ban is away. it cost a lot of time and writing words/talking ppl to get rid of this global ban. so be mature and listen to the admin... also if you are 100% sure he is wrong. Admins are server-gods and you should not mess up with them.

There is no exile global ban file but battleye global ban. Maybe some admins share their bans but this is either recommended nor fair because you never know what is the real ban reason. Could be abused so i would not do that.
