Default server restart time ?

How long is it and is there a way to shorten it?I Looked trough the exile_server_config and at the bottom it says there is a 3 hour restart But does not seem to work.

Its not a restart function. All it does is lock your server and notify + kick players before restart. You have to setup third party software like BEC/FireDaemon.
