how to add New vechicle's and how to set them unlock/unlocked

how can you add car's to the server traders and how can you set then unlocked and locked?

Just add then to the config.cpp and make sure you add the vehicle to the vehicle section and don't forget to add it to the bottom part you will see there are 2 places to add a vehicle and some vehicles like tanks can only be unlocked if you set a custom keybind to unlock and lock them. controls custom controls and the first one i set to letter u.
