Vote Day or Admin switch from night to Day

can I set up a vote option in my server.cfg file to allow players to vote night or vote day ?

if so can someone hook me up with code please

You can probably do this with Marma using

setDate

In game open the admin console and type setDate [2015,12,12,12,12]; for day, and for night setDate [2015,12,12,01,12]; so it goes like this.

SetDate [Year,Month,Day,Hour,Minute];

Hope this helps to not just do the task but understand what it means.
