Territory Upgrade

Their should be a feature that everyone who has access to the territory can pay the respect for upgrading. At the moment we alle give every item to our leader of the group so that he gains the respect at selling. It would be much better if there would be a "Respect-Pool" on a Flag and if this one reaches the Limit, the Flag will be upgraded. What you think about it?

We at the moment, have one member collecting the repect ot upgrade the Territory, and other members of the group, paying the maffia with their respect. So Hey Ho to teamwork!!
