Bambi spawn / loot spawn / respect levels / respawning

Hello all, 

i am renting a server from GTX Gaming,

 

i would like to change what you spawn in with (weapon flash light etc)

have the ability to buy and spawn an ATV from them XM8 tablet

increase loot spawn

increase AI roaming (currently using occupation and dms)

remove respect to buy things

Spawn either anywhere or add more locations

 

i have tried to add custom bambi spawn but server would not load,

any help is greatly appreciated
