Base Building in Server

I am having trouble finding out how my players can build bases. I’ve tried to do some research and see if I’m missing an add on but I can’t find anything. I assumed base building was included with the exile mod but I can’t find any traders that sell territory plots or anything.

it is the office trader....

Do you have a custom map? are office traders implemented? if not you can do it tru the eden editor.

Like said above office trader sell territory flags

As for base objects you have to craft them yourselfs with the core mod settings, otherwise they will need adding to traders manually.
