Arma 3 update making server keys broken?

Has anyone else who is running a server having this problem that all keys are mismatched even though there is no update for them mods?

I do not know a nice solution but currently it is not different and the servers are running like that

That's because your servers aren't doing a validation checks. It means I can load any script or mods I want and join your server. Cheaters, and hackers.

I said yes is not the best solution but currently the only one

But I have changed the setting again. Infistar, however, recognizes mods like NSS and Kicks the players
