*HELP* No Spawn Selection Menu

I have started using a Chernarus Redux mission file that was released by Super Jerome (Link to thread in spoiler at the end), and when I load into the server it spawns me randomly around one of the spawn markers. Normally, there would be a spawn selection menu, but that is not appearing, anyone know why? I also currently have xsSpawn installed, and followed all the steps, but the spawn selection still isnt working. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

if you have infistar make sure you added the IDD
