Server Help

Hello. Does anyone know where I can find in depth help(someone to assist) in setting up an A3 Exile server with mods/addons? The server host sets up the A3 Exile so that isn't an issue but adding the mods/addons is making my brain want to explode. I have all the mods that I want on the server(they were downloaded through A3launcher) but I cannot find them all, they are not all in the !Workshop folder. I haven't yet tested it but I added the DMS missions(downloaded, unzipped, packed and then uploaded)...so that may or may not be working. I would like to add the bottom status bar, tabs, extra vendors and other various things. The thing that baffles me the most is editing the config files. At this point I would even be happy to find someone to pay to set it up that knows what in the heck they are doing....it would probably take them minutes what would take me hours!
