Override light timing?

Hey peeps, does anyone know how to override timing on the lamp posts, or any type of light in game? Here is the thing playing on a lan server on chernoredux building in the bunker system near altar, problem is during day its dark in the bunker  so we threw lights up problem is they cut off during the day. Anyone got a fix for that? Thanks in advance.
