Segmentation faults happens when the server is trying to access restricted part of the memory. Don't know why this happening becuaes you have 16GB of memory. I also notice that you constantly are getting errors like

21:53:29 Error in expression <s = (parseSimpleArray _result) select 1 select 0;
                _firstCon = _queryRes para>

and

 1:07:29   Error position: <setDestination [_dropPoint, "VEHICLE PLA>
 1:07:29   Error 1 elements provided, 3 expected
 1:07:29 File \x\addons\dms\scripts\fn_HeliParatroopers_Monitor.sqf [DMS_fnc_HeliParatroopers_Monitor], line 159
 1:07:29 Error in expression <all DMS_fnc_DebugLog;
};
};

if ((_heli distance2D _dropPoint)<200) then
{
priva>
 1:07:29   Error position: <distance2D _dropPoint)<200) then
{
priva>

This may be the cause of segmentation faults, try fixing these errors. The first errors doesn't report which file is has problem with, but seem to be gone in the second log about the segmentation error.

3rd error however isn't related, this is normal behaviour by arma.

Same here... Server running Debian Linux, too. Same Crash, same log entry. 1 to 15 times a day... Sometimes after 30 minutes, sometimes after 5h...

See my post here in the mega-bug-thread incl. RPT

Do you have

[getTotalConnections]
SQL1_1 = SELECT first_connect_at,last_connect_at,total_connections FROM account WHERE uid = ?
Number Of Inputs = 1
SQL1_INPUTS = 1
OUTPUT = 1

in your exile.ini?
