F3 Admin Console

Hi, 

I was wondering if anybody could help me or shed some light on where i might be going wrong.

I have an issue where the Admin console (F3) doesn't appear when i try to use it.  Now i have made sure my UID is in the correct area of the EXILE_AHAT_CONFIG.HPP and that the admin console and debug Console are included in that part of access.  I must add that all the other functions within the admin menu work fine.

All the other admins that are listed in there all have access to the admin console so i think that narrows down installation not being an issue.  I feel that it has be an issue on my side but i am not sure what.

If anyone else has had an issue like this i would greatly appreciate some help or maybe pointed in the right direction to solve this problem
