Possible wooden hatch issue

Hi guys so I've been putting a little house together on the Exile 104RC test server, and found what maybe a bit of an issue with the wooden ladder hatch, the snapping seems a bit off, but when placed with the space bar it drops to where I wanted it, but for the love of god I can't find the trigger to go up or down the ladder, I can open and close the door fine, but just can't find the climb trigger, the ladder doesn't go all the way to the floor but that wouldn't stop me climbing down from the top I wouldn't have thought.

I may be just being a bit dense here and if it's by design how do I get up the ladder?

Odd, it was working fine in internal testing. The ladder doesn't touch the floor, but you should be able to get the option to climb once the ladder has been extended. 

I'll take a look at it.
