the app still work? Because I made all the thing in the HOW TO but always an error in my android app: Invalid server code, please try again later.

App works perfect. You must have done something wrong. Check the install instructions again.

Hi MetalHead,

 

here is what I do:

 

1. Create an admin account on the site https://xm8.exile.majormittens.co.uk 

2. Register the serveur

3. Change the name of the server with code given

4. Reboot the server

5. In my account the server is validate

6. Check if XM8.dll  is in @ExileServer directory (it's ok)

7. Note the 4 digit code in config.cpp (CfgExileMobileXM8)

8. Download Key File in "Authentication" and put it in @ExileServer directory in the same root that XM8.dll

9. Change the name of the server with original and reboot server

10. Check with app in android with the right 4 digit code and error: invalid server code

 

Is there something wrong?

What version of Android are you using and what phone is the app on ? If all that is correct I would contact one of the devs for further instruction.

Android 6.0.1 on Galaxy S7 Edge.

Have you tried sending a broadcast from the XM8 server console page, and have you added the server correctly on the XM8 app on your phone ?

Yep I tried to send broadcast but resulting an error.

In the app i just try to put the 4 digit server code and it's right there that i've the error invalide server code

Sorry for the questions but, are you hosting the server or is it with a game server host etc ? The reason I ask is that it may already have been added by someone else and needs clearing by a dev.

And I asked them if my server is behind a proxy and they said no.
