[Request] Help with creating a loadout selection screen

I was curious if anyone has a way to make a loadout selection screen. I currently use respect based loadouts on my server but I would like a way for players to be able to select which guns/equipment they respawn with. Would be interesting to combine the 2 and make it so higher respect lets you choose better gear.

I am familiar with the random respect loadouts, but again I think giving players the ability to choose what they respawn with would be pretty cool.

Trying to get into this world of scripting in Exile, but Im definitely not good enough to conjure something like this myself. so I would be willing to take some pointers from people, throw in some cash if someone already has a script like this, or help test out on a development server if necessary.
