UAZ Headlights problems

I don't know if this is an Exile problem or if it is just my server. I'm running Exile Apex Tanoa on 1.0.3. The UAZ headlights at night are just horrendous compared to other vehicles. Also there are shapes around the headlights. I'll just show you:

Anyone else having this problem on their server?
