Help With Compiling ExtDB2

Can someone please help walk me through getting the proper dependencies for ExtDB2? I've tried installing poco 1.6.1 with the custom changes and it just won't install. I think I have boost installed properly so that's not a problem. But if someone could join my teamspeak and give me a hand that would be greatly appreciated. My teamspeak ip: chaoticgaming.org

Please review this guide: 

Note that the important part for extdb2/3 is the vcredist installers. It will not work without them. (x86 and x64)
