Not finding the mods

I keep getting this error and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I have jbad and lythium in my command line and I also have them downloaded. HALLLPPPP!!! 

Warning Message: Addon 'ffaa_map_lythium' requires addon 'Jbad_Structures'
