What happened to EXILE DL on Steam?

Hi everyone, I noticed I could Download exile 1.0.2 on Steam. then today the tread was deleted and so was my Download. I am in China /Hong Kong, now I need to wait another 2 hours to re download it.  What happened?

it is not allowed to be rehosted on steam workshop. Hence why its now gone due to DMCA
