Anyone ever have this problem on a dedicated box?

I run two Exile servers on a dedicated box using Firedaemon. Since yesterday, I've had a problem where it's been taking a very long time for my server to start. For example, here's the beginning of my server log:

As you can see, once it gets to "sessionID", there was a delay of nearly 9 minutes. Previously, the time between these two lines was seconds, maybe a minute or two at the most. Has anyone ever had this happen?

Did you test the startup times without the additional mods ? Maybe it`s an mod causing the trouble.

You run the mods from an SSD or an HDD ?

Server specs ?

Here`s a little link for debugging. Step 3 could be an interesting one for your problem.

I fixed it last night. It turns out it was a badly fragmented hard drive. it was 28% fragmented. I guess that's what happens when you are downloading and copying gigabytes of data.
