If you are looking to increase how much loot spawns, how fast, and what radius it spawns you will want to edit your mission config. Search for class CfgExileLootSettings for the config options.

The Loot Table Complier is a good tool to add items to your loot table.  But if you just want to increase the amount of exsisting loot what Beawulfv said.
