Stuck on loading screen when joining a server

I have this problem where my game will get stuck on the loading screen.

It started happening when I moved Arma from my SSD to my hard drive. I reinstalled everything, including mods.

It gets stuck on this screen - http://imgur.com/a/blBof 

I've been trying to fix it for a while now, but I don't know whats wrong with it, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Are you by anychance running the latest arma 3 update? It is most likely the server is still running the previous version. You will need to downgrade.

Have you tried joining more servers or just the one?

i got the very same problem, that´s why i don´t want to open a new thread.

I did a rollback to 1.64 and even a perf-build set up on 2 different 3rd party launchers and still can´t join ANY server. With and without mods/add-ons. 
I reinstalled game and did a rollback to 1.64 again. without success. <- 5times meanwhile
i reinstalled game to 1.66 and tried to join updated server - with and without mods/add-ons. i even cleaned my MPMissionsCache-folder.

Of Course i tried to repair gamefiles on steam.
When i try to join a server, i only see my last stable loadingscreen without progress.
And when i try to join a server via in-game-browser i get back after few seconds from progressless loadingscreen to browser with the message "failed to connect".

so i researched the web, any forums, contacted BIS without any solution. 
Ports and Firewall checked. Even tried it without running Firewall.

Now all these "updates" and "hotfix" got released and i still got the same problem. Any news in here?

Just wondering if anyone figured out this same problem. I'm having the same problem. On here i have only read answers people have put out there for when your joining a server online without having the same version, but I'm having this exact problem trying to set up my own multiplayer map  through Lan. What happens is i'll set it up through the editor, then when i go to join into the map i edited through the multiplayer/ host/ scenerio it starts this exact same page or something simular without loading  http://imgur.com/a/blBof

Pretty sure it was to do with either Arma 3 or Exile being out of date. Something to do with the version of Exile that a server is running. Its been a  while since I sorted it out so sorry if this doesn't help.
