Chernarus_winter Crouch Bug

Im not sure if it is related to winter chernarus but when I crouch I just get locked and cant move/stand/prone. I can open inventory and look around, only fix is to relog or die. Any ideas? http://prntscr.com/dcaeef

Also nothing show in the RPT log. When I suicide the character is still crouched. http://prntscr.com/dcaez7

What other mods? I run a Chernarus Winter server and I haven't encountered this.
