[Help] Custom made launcher

Hi, does anyone have the know how to make custom launchers, so players can use to join my server?

Maybe there is a blank template already that I can customize to suite ?

This should work similar to A3 launcher only it would be specific to the servers I host and allows players to download /update the mods required for my servers?
