Concrete and Other Items in Trader

Is there a script or code out there where i can add concrete and sandbags and other kinds of stuff to trader. Still new and learning this coding stuff but making progress so please if anyone could help that would be great!

Or at least make it so admin can move bases including flag. I was forced to move base which ended up in loosing all my concrete walls sandbags ect.  I was compensated with a laughable amount of tabs and ended up leaving the server for good.  Inconsiderate losers!
