Players and i keep getting session lost and this comes up on console  

7:14:26 "<infiSTAR.de>CONNECTLOG| #2 Disconnected: HK45(76561198105751556 - 4) SteamName: HK45 - UDF Gaming Exile   [06-Oct-2016 14-37-44 - v0061]"
17:14:26 No player found for channel 1100890432 - message ignored
17:14:26 Client: Remote object 4:0 not found
17:15:48 "ExileServer - Job with handle 10031 added."

I am completely lost as what to do
