Trouble with setting up a Chernarus Server

Hey guys

So i am trying to set up a chernarus server and seem to be having some trouble, i have installed and added  @CUP_Terrains_Core and @CUP_Terrains_Maps to my commandline, i have edited the config to read Exile.Chernarus in the server.cfg, i have also placed a Chernarus.pbo in the MPmissions folder. Here is my problem i launch the server and start to load in but while loading in it just ether stops or keeps loading

This is my commandline i am hosting with Host Havoc if that helps

full vanilla map y need the mods CUP_Core & CUP_Maps

Spawners Done

Enviroment Done

all is working fine,  correctly and stable

That would be greatly appreacted thank you so much, so im guessing all i would need to do is place the pbo into the mpmissions and launch? if you could maybe comment here with the link to your pbo that would be great
