Help Setting up MySQL db for new Exile server

So i am trying to set this up and i have it through gameservers. I am using a website they provided to host the SQL DB. I think i am using phpMyAdmin to edit the database but i dont know the settings i need to use when adding the exile.sql if thats what i am supposed to do, Any help would be lovely.

Two things 

1 Normally server providers already setup database for you (find it in control pannel try to reset it ).

2 If you still wana do it yourself try to run Query instead of importing ( It will be good if you use mysql etc )
