As the title suggests, will this app be coming to iOS? I'd happily pay for it.

Answer is no. He is however, actively looking for an alternative for the iOS and phoneless users. So don't feel like he isn't trying. He has been working very hard on multiple alternatives to make it so everyone to be able to use the feature.
