Certain users kicked for random signatures

Question

We have had around 30-40 different users successfully connect to, and try out our new server, most playing for hours at a time having no issues at all. So far I have encountered 3 users who are having this issue. They get kicked for completely random signature checks against all sorts of different files - Anything from Arma 3 files to Exile mod files to any other random mod file. Sometimes it will happen immediately after login, other times they'll play for 10 minutes before it occurs. There is seemingly no rhyme or reason to it, however, it does seem that with enough attempts to reconnect and continue playing, it actually stops to occur, until the next server restart in which it returns.

Now normally I would chalk this up to user error, however one of those 3 users is one of my server devs whose been dealing with it for over two weeks now. He has done everything imaginable to correct any error which could exist on his end, including a reinstallation of Arma 3 and I believe and fresh Windows install, with no luck what-so-ever.

Here is an example of what's occurring. Here is a section of the RPT relating to his connection. The RPT shows some errors which occur before his connection and continue to occur afterward, so I don't think they're of any relation. They're just things like "Can't change owner from 0 to 450255740" and "Client: Local object 2:3475 not found". I do get one repeating error in the RPT, "Warning Message: You cannot play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted. hlcweapons_g3", and the same for a lot of others such as rhsusf_c_weapons, hlcweapons_saw, cup_casigns_e, and so-on. The solution to this, I've read, is so add them all to the mission.sqm, which removes the errors but does not fix my particular issue here. I've also tried removing them from the mission.sqm to see if having them there is the cause, which it is not.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hey!

First off all, in your RPT there's this thingy here:

9:04:50 "<infiSTAR.de>SURVEILLANCELOG| Lagmonsta | matt(UID) | MenuBasedHack BTNCODE :: 49 :: -1 :: (findDisplay 49) closeDisplay 0; 0 spawn {_n=  createDialog 'RHS_Options_Menu';0 spawn rhs_fnc_menuOptions;}; | 0h 38min 6s   [28-Aug-2016 13-07-04 - v0059]"

This is actually InfiSTAR's AH telling you someone "injected" some code. It's actually the RHS settings button when you press ESC in-game. Try adding the display number of this dialog inside the AH's config or disable this check (not recommended tho).

At this moment I can't really help you but what you could try is setting verifySignatures to 0 in your config.cfg.. I wouldn't recommend it, but it might be a temporary fix to your problem.

Good luck!

I am one of those with constant signature kicks. So far I couldn't find anything to fix it permanently. However deleting all bisign files and replacing them from the exile mod rar and the rest trough steam file check proved to work for me ( for a while). I usually do not get  kicked at all after doing so or only once and can repeat playing after this point. However it's not permanent the frequency of signature kicks will increase eventually.

I have no idea what seems to corrupt these files over time. ( I do run an overclocked cpu tough - could this be an issue?)

"You cannot play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted. hlcweapons_g3", and the same for a lot of others such as rhsusf_c_weapons, hlcweapons_saw, cup_casigns_e, and so-on."

Add these to the mission.sqm in the addons section,  located in your mpmissions file. Do that for every error like that and it should fix that issue at least.
