Help with adding BEC and RCon

Hello,

i need advise in how to set up the BEC and rcon, i just can't figure out how to login because i always get errors with "Cannot connect to server".

have you setup your beserver.cfg yet ? in the be folder ?

Should have this in 

RConPassword XXYYZZ
MaxPing 350

Yea  i did everything that was in the installation description and i viewed tutorials but nothing helps

Hey,

i have the same problem.

My BEC dont want to connect to the Server. Even macas mbcon cant connect.

Connection to 127.0.0.1:2302 failed - Host unreachable.

I have checked the Battleye Dir several times, installed new.. same error. bans.txt, Beserver.cfg, dlls are in the Battleye dir.

The RCon Password is the same, in the Exile Config and the BEC Config.

The funny thing is: RCon is enabled and i CAN connect with DaRT on the Server. I can write Messages, all fine. 

I have another Server (Arma2 Dayz Panthera Epoch) on the Machine. Bec is working without any Problems.

I renamed the second BEC to Bec_exile.exe, maybe this is the point? Of course own BEC dir and own Configuration.

Any Ideas?

Hmmm, everything BEC related, for the exile server needs to be different to the a2 - so, new folders, new configs etc.

There is also a flag you could attempt: --dsc

I have mine like this in my startup parameters. 

start  "UEP BattlEye Extended Control" /min "BEC3.exe" --dsc.

Although, the issue could be elsewhere, you could lso try looking at the logs that MBcon spits out - there might be some sort of clue in there?

Make sure you have the config done right and pointing to the right filenames.

HI,

Are when you start up arma have you used the -ip x.y.z.t ? if so you need to make sure you are connecting BEC to that IP not 127.0.0.1

127.0.0.1         ibattle.org
127.0.0.1         www.ibattle.org

but it work not. Please Help
