I personally have 1400 hours in Arma 3 and another 1900 in DayZ SA. Our group has a Tactical PvP play style and we run our own server (ExiledSpecialForces|NEW|PvP|Exile Altis|5k|Tow|Miss+Cap|Occ AI).

Average our guys have 500-2000 hours on DayZ and Arma, and all are between 18 and 34 yo atm.
We are always looking for more experience people, but always want to stay a relative small group.
